Could be overdoing it...

Lately I wondered whether I might be overdoing it.  So I'm not going to boxing lessons as frequently (which is my cross training), limiting it to three times a week.  Yesterday's two miles may not have been two miles, but 23 minutes of running on light sand from a kiddy's baseball court.  It was a tad heavier than my regular pavement runs, but the reward was I did not feel any shin pain at all...  So I guess I'll be running my warmup runs there more often...
